The mission of Fox Valley Lutheran Homes is to provide “Supportive Independent Living in a Faith-Based Senior Community." Operating as Linwood Place and Commons, Fox Valley Lutheran Homes offers a ministry of hope and help. Our goal is to end the isolation and invisibility that prevents moderate income older adults in the Fox Cities from accessing the support they need to live with independent dignity in our community. Money raised will support the wellness needs of tenants by providing funding for our Care Coordinator position. The impact of our tenant wellness program reaches beyond tenants and provides assurance, information and support for tenant’s families and friends concerned about the well-being of their loved ones.
